Processing Time

Because we are a small studio, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. If you need something rushed for a specific date, please email us at hello@juceramics.com before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Packaging

We are committed to sustainability. We ship entirely plastic-free whenever possible, using recyclable paper, cardboard, and biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!). Please reuse or recycle our packaging materials.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. If you have theft concerns, please contact us to add "Signature Required" to your package.
