Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages & Breakage (Please Read First) We pack every piece with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged piece and the box within 48 hours of delivery at hello@juceramics.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

  • You do not need to mail broken pieces back to us.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind) To be eligible for a return (if the item is not damaged), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Handmade Nature: Please note that as a handmade product, slight variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected. These are not defects, but rather the mark of the maker.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packing the items securely. We cannot issue refunds for items that break on their way back to the studio due to poor packing.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items (Seconds)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
